Have you ever been to a Goodwill Clearance Center? I went a few weeks ago and it was the coolest thrifting experience ever. I can’t wait to go back. One think I found there was this grapevine wreath for $1 (and I found another globe I might decorate like this one). I knew I could use it for making the perfect wreath for our front door.
Last year, I made some felt flowers for a gift for my mom for Christmas so I had a few left over that I thought would be perfect for this wreath. I like to change it up on the front door. You could do the same with some faux flowers (Michaels has got some of the most gorgeous spring florals in store right now).
All you need is a wreath, some faux flowers, and hot glue. I also used a little piece of ribbon to hang it up!
Watch this fun little clip of how I styled the wreath.
The finished project took about 15 minutes. It’s so easy to spruce up any old wreath you find for Spring. I could even pop these off and change out the flowers again and again, whenever I want.
Last year I made this DIY Door Basket from a basket/purse from GW. It’s one of my favorite places to find craft supplies or pieces for a new project.
I can’t be the only one looking forward to Spring. We have had the most snow I have ever seen this year. I am looking forward to green grass, fresh flowers, and Spring. Comment below your favorite flower. My favorite right now is peonies!
